Renamed Running for Freedom to Sulatang Takbuhan

So, funny story. When I was just starting up my new blog about running I was unable to find a suitable name for it so I just named it to something cheesy and ridiculous. It's only a day later that I found a better name for it, and that new name pretty much fits my other blog (Sulatang Tapunan).

What is Sulatang Takbuhan? Similarly to my previous blog, Sulatang Tapunan, Sulatang Takbuhan (sue-lah-tahng thak-boo-han) is a combination of two Tagalog words that roughly translates to "Running Journal". Or something. Actual translation is "Running Writing", but it sounds pointless and retarded.

Updated Blog Layout

So, I've updated the entire layout of the blog to something a bit more subtle and professional-looking. I used the free and awesome-looking Argent Press Blogger Template as the base template for my blog, since I'm too lazy and inexperienced to create my own but willing to edit whenever necessary. I've updated its .xml to suit the blog, such as replacing the categories with those related to running. They're empty as of now, however, they should be filled with some posts in the near future. I've also added links to my other blog, Sulatang Tapunan, so that people could find it easily.

I'm going to be writing a bit more frequently these days, since my high school days are officially over and I have plenty more time to run and write.

Running for Freedom

Running for Freedom is a blog run and managed by Aldo B. (same dude who writes and manages Sulatang Tapunan as well). This blog is mostly concerned with running, jogging, and at certain occasions, general endurance exercises such as cycling and swimming. This blog was created in lieu that Sulatang Tapunan can only hold so much topics and adding running in the midst of opinions, views and rants could create confusion real fast.

The two blogs are connected to each other through easy-to-locate links, so that people would be able to move through each other quickly and easily.

So, this is my first post. Hopefully, with a more centralized topic to discuss and write about I'll be able to write more frequently than I did in Sulatang Tapunan. Honestly, writing opinionated posts about certain topics is not that easy as you may think.
